Studies On Fungal Diversity And Conservation In Quanshuidong Forest Farm Jilin Province

The macrofungi are a major and indispensable part of the energy cycle of nature but for many other reasons,such as global warming and deforestalion,and so on,the number and variety of species of macrofungi have undergone dramatic changes.In order to protect and utilize the macrofungi resources in Quanshuidong forest farm,Ji Lin province,the species diversity of macrofungi in QuanShuidong was conducted from May to September in 2015 and 2016.The results showed that there were 290 species of macrofungi which are belong to 3 phyla,7 classes,18 orders,56 families,126 genera.290 fungi were analyzed and the results were as follows:Dominant families of the macrofungi in Quanshuidong Forest Park: Entolomataceae,Physalacriaceae,Strophariaceae,Hygrophoraceae,Marasmiaceae,Polyporaceae,Inocybaceae,Mycenaceae,Tricholomataceae,Agaricaceae,Russulaceae;Dominant genera of the macrofungi in Quanshuidong Forest Farm: Cortinarius,Pleurotus,Suillus,Tricholoma,Hygrophorus,Armillaria,Agaricus,Amanita,Pholiota,Entoloma,Inocybe,Lactarius,Marasmius,Mycena,Russula;Dominant species of the macrofungi in Quanshuidong Forest Farm: Armillaria mellea,Armillaria ostoyae,Coprinellus micaceus,Flammulina velutipes,Gymnopus dryophilus,Hygrophorus lucorum,Inocybe rimosa,Laccaria laccata,Laccaria proxima,Lycoperdon perlatum,Mucidula mucida,Mycena pura,Russula integra,Russula pseudodelica,Russula rubra;After systematic analysis of biodiversity,the Quanshuidong Forest Farm has a large number of rich fungal species and its distribution is very uniform;but it can also be seen from the quadrat 2 that the loss of biodiversity have been caused by human disturbance in the large forest area is also obvious;therefore,it can be concluded that in order to protect the biodiversity of macrofungi to reduce human interference,strengthen the protection of their wild environment.There are 290 kinds of macrofungi in Quanshuidong Forest Farm,including 141 kinds of edible fungi,51 kinds of medicinal fungi,30 kinds of poisonous fungi,45 kinds of mycorrhizal fungi,and 19 kinds of forest diseases fungi.According to the results of the investigation of the fungi in the forest area in Quanshuidong Forest Farm;through the method of AHP weight after the protection level of the macrofungi in Quanshuidong were scoring,grading,Macrofungus protection level and finally comes to the following:Level 1: Tricholoma matsutake,Ganoderma tsugae;Level 2: Armillaria borealis,Armillaria cepistipes,Armillaria gallica,Armillaria mellea,Armillaria ostoyae,Armillaria sinapina,Armillaria tabescens,Lepista glaucocana,Lepista irina,Lepista nuda,Lepista personata,Cantharellus cibarius,Cantharellus minor;...
