Current situations such as energy crisis,environmental pollution,remote islands rights issues have triggered the urgent need for no pollution,renewable energy of many countries all over the world,the development of clean energy has become the common research direction and development goalsto implement sustainable development strategy.In this background,the ocean whose occupation is 70% of the earth has attracted the attention of the countries.The vast ocean is rich in various resources,in addition to oil,natural gas,combustible ice and other traditional energy;it also contains a huge clean,renewable energy.Wave energy and tidal current energy has broad space for development as a leader in the ocean energy.From the overview of the ocean energy technology development status at home and abroad,wave energy and tidal energy foreign research were started relatively early,with prominent advantages in resources,some foreign wave and tidal power device has realized photovoltaic power generation,and presents the characteristics of large capacity,high reliability,high conversion efficiency etc..Compared with the study of wave energy and tidal current,most of the devices designed by our country are still in the stage of research and development,and there are few significant demonstration projects,there is a certain gap with foreign technology.Although there are many kinds of wave power generation technology at home and abroad,the form of multi-level energy conversion greatly reduces the efficiency of power generation,and is one of the main reasons for the high cost of generating electricity.In addition,in the complex and changeable ocean environment,the more precise structural form often means that the probability of the occurrence of life crisis will increase infinitely.Therefore,how to solve the problem of energy dispersion is not easy,the high cost of development,bad operation stability,has become a key problem can promote technological breakthroughs.Based on the existing wave energy and tidal current energy technology and structural form,in order to improve the efficiency of energy conversion,this paper designs a new type of wave power generation device with S impeller as the energy capture carrier.It has strong originality of design of the device structure,the special design of the impeller collocation and bilateral motor group can maximize the energy conversion efficiency at the same time,the selection of the motor and the sealing device,the drag reduction of overall and lightweight,complete modeling and simulation analysis of device structure by CATIA,FLUENT and other related software.After the completion of the design of the structure,the engineering prototype is manufactured to complete the flume and sea test.Following is specific design ideas and test methods:Comprehensive comparison of the current mainstream of ocean energy utilization technology,the middle link of energy conversion is caused by one of the reasons for the low rate,so choose of the direct drive type structure,eliminating the complex intermediate link.According to the structure of the axial flow pump impeller,a kind of wave power generation device based on S impeller is designed,at the same time;the lifting method is used to design the structure and parameters of the impeller.Combined with the actual sea conditions and the size of the impeller,the permanent magnet generator is selected as an energy conversion device.In order to achieve the maximum energy utilization rate,two groups of generators are symmetrically arranged at both ends of the impeller.In order to test if design the structure and the design of generator can meet the sea test requirements,develop a test system for simulating wave generator used in laboratory,through a relay and an electromagnetic valve to control the water pump to simulate wave velocity effect,and then complete the measurement under different conditions of parameters such as power generator etc..The theory of ocean energy,contrast the parameter of the device to select the calculation model,the formula and the hydrodynamic coefficient.Analyze the hydrodynamic performance and mechanical properties of turbine by means of CATIA and FLUENT software,which verifies the rationality of design theory,and also optimization design the structure of turbine after simulation analysis,the relevant parameters will be used for the manufacture of engineering prototype.Multi groups of engineering prototype manufactured are respectively applied to the sink and sea test,come to conclusion: S impeller has the bilateral acquisition performance,the seal of the motor has reached the sea trial requirement,and turbine has slow start-up characteristics and excellent energy utilization rate.The experimental process not only accumulated a large number of valid data,but also provided a new way for the study of the combination and utilization of wave energy.
