The study of charmed and charmed-strange mesons have made great progress in re-cent years,which intrigues great deal of interests in revealing their properties.More and more resonances have been observed in experiences.In charmed-strange and charmed family,DsJ(3040)~+ and Dj(3000)0 were reported by BarBar and LHCb Collaboration,which were widely identified as 2P1~+’state.One thing we notice is that no other heavy-light 2P state has been confirmed by experiment except charmonium and bottomonium,which means the study of charmed and charmed-strange 2P states will enlarge our knowl-edge of 2P states and deepen the understanding of nonperturbative QCD.With the quantum number JP=1~+’,we calculate the BS wavefunction in instanta-neous BS method,give different amplitudes and form factors for different decays,using mixing equation to determine the physical state.In the end,we get decay widths of some OZI allowed channels for these two particles.Our results show that the sum of strong de-cay widths of Dj(3000)0 is 191.6 MeV,which is very close to 188.1 MeV in experiment.For DsJ(3040)~+,the sum of strong decay widths is 157.4 MeV,showing obvious discrep-ancy with 239 MeV in experiment,but our results is similar to other theoretical results.Thus,from the results of strong decays,the assumption of 2P1~+’ state is reasonable for DJ(3000)0,but may not be suitable for Dsj(3040)~+.Further research and more precise measurement in experiment are needed in the future.Since the mass of 2P state candidates are relatively large,there are a lot of OZI-allowed decay channels,so the ratios of different channels is an interesting research topic.We give branching ratios for these two particles,which can guide the experiment more or less.Moreover,there is only one candidate dis-covered of 1~+ state for charmed and charmed-strange mesons respectively,the calculation of strong decay widths helps us to study the mixing angle for 2P states.
