The Research Of Quasi-hadamard Matrix

The Hadamard matrix as the orthogonal matrix was first studied in 1867 by Sylvester.lt has an important position in block design and cryptography,which is wide-ly used in engineering and communication.This paper focuses on the discussion and study of construction of the quasi Hadamard matrix,and the final conclusion is of theoretical and practical value.This paper introduces the properties of the Hadamard matrix,the Kronecker product structure and the Paly constructor,and gives the rele-vant proof.The use of the remaining class and the Legendre symbol also makes the construction process a lot easier.Although the quasi Hadamard matrix is somewhat different from the Hadamard matrix in nature,its nature is also quite meaningful.
