In order to improve the long queuing waiting time to avoid having very bad treatment experience for outpatients at our country so far,all hospital need to reduce the waiting time of outpatients.Hence, this article is closer to the actual hospital outpatient appointment service as the research background. In the real world, doctors are not usually working in a state of tension to avoid overwork. However,if there are too many people in the line, doctor may not be able to finish the work on time and have to work extra hours. Therefore, considering the clinic doctor based the service rate on the number of outpatients in line and the workload. That is,when people is beyond the accelerating dividing value n in the queuing system, the doctor will improve the service rate to maximize outpatient treatment satisfaction metrics——minimum weighted waiting time of patients as the objective, establishes two common outpatient appointment queuing model and then compare the two appointment strategies:It is appointment strategies with different time period, and the other is appointment strategies with multiple priorities.Discovering whatever the parameter flow of appointment outpatients and none-appointment outpatients, the accelerated speed of doctor and the time sensitive efficient is,when people is beyond the accelerating dividing value n in the queuing system, the paper proves that appointment strategies with multiple priorities is better than appointment strategies with different time period by comparing two strategies, namely the waiting time of outpatients is shorter and more satisfied. Finally,a numerical example verifies that the proposition is effective. The author gives a reasonable suggestion about the hospital outpatient service actual situation.
