The Catenary Anchor Leg Mooring System(CALM system)which has been widely used in the world is anchored by a number of catenary anchors chain in a specific sea.The marine unbonded flexible riser which connects the floating platform and the underwater production system is an important part of the CALM system.As Chinese equipment industry in marine oil and gas development starts late,key technologies such as design,analysis and test analysis of unbonded flexible riser in CALM system have not been mastered,which has seriously restricted the Chinese energy strategic development.It is necessary to study the optimization design of configuration and fatigue test method for marine bonded riser.In this paper,the global design and analysis techniques of marine pipelines both at home and abroad as well as the fatigue test of pipelines have been investigated adequately.On the basis of those,the global configuration,load and failure modes of the riser in CALM system have been studied,and the design criteria and processes of the riser are given.On the basis of the above,the sensitivity analysis of the buoyant module layout parameters of the riser section is carried out.The influence of the parameters of the buoyancy module on the performance of the flexible riser is explored.The layout of buoyancy module of steep-S riser is optimized.At the end of this paper,the fatigue damage,caused by the action of waves and currents during the service of the offshore flexible flexible riser,is studied.For the fatigue analysis of marine pipe,on the basis of study of the theory and finite element method,the fatigue test method of the riser is studied,and the semi-physical simulation of fatigue test of the riser is mainly discussed.It is pointed out that the design of the fatigue test scheme is the key part of the whole fatigue test,and the design flow of the fatigue test scheme is given.This reseach depends on the “Key techniques research of offshore flexible pipes' project supported by National High Technology Research and Development Program of China(863)in the twelfth five-year plan.The research results of this paper will help us to master the overall global design and optimization technique of CALM system's adhesive flexible riser,and provide valuable guidance for the fatigue test design of flexible structures such as marine dynamic pipe.
