Coastal Zone Renovation And Restoration Project Information Management And Restoration Example

China is a big ocean country which marine resources have been fully exploited,since reform and opening up of china,china’s marine environment has suffered serious pollution and destruction in this process.Therefore,china officially launched the coastal renovation work in 2010.Renovation work has the characteristics that work duration is long,project information is complex and the file management is diversity,which puts forward higher requirements on the renovation project management.Traditional management tools are not conductive to the exchange of information sharing,it is difficult to control the history and current situation of renovation projects.Based on the marine ecological restoration theory,this paper construct the information management system of renovation and restoration project of coastal zone,to guide and standardize the work program of renovation and restoration project based on the marine ecological restoration theory,to manage the project information standardizedly,efficiently and unified by using the network information management tools,In order to achieve the efficient sharing and unified standards of project management.The specific contents of this paper are as follows:Based on the above requirements,this paper constructs the information management system of coastal zone renovation and restoration project.According to the design objectives and principles of the system,the conceptual logic model of the database is constructed.Based on theory of marine ecological restoration,Java Web technology,B/S structure,MVC desigen patten,this paper constructs the system.The functions of the system includes the login,the project management,the basic geographic information management,the project information statistics and analysis,the policy document management,the user management,marine ecological restoration theory and the coastal wetland remediation cases.Realizing the functions including standardizing the working procedures for the renovation and restoration of coastal zone,association ofgeographic information,statistical analysis of the project information,release of policy document,user level management.Based on the marine ecological restoration theory,this paper guide and standardize the working procedures of coastal zone restoration and restoration.Giving the examples combined with the theory.Based on the theory of marine ecological restoration,the remediation cases module introduces many kinds of application examples,such as wetland ecological restoration and beach restoration and so on.This peper gives analysis to the wetland ecological restoration in XinCheng coastal zone of Liaoning Province,the characters of the ecological degradation of the tidal flat is that the Suaeda heteropteras grow in only a small area of the beach surface.This paper analyzes the reason of the degradation of Suaeda heteropteras.The target of the renovation is to restore the ecological encironment in order to creating a suitable hydrological environment for the growth of Suaeda heteropteras and realize ecological restoration.This paper also makes some measures for the ecological restoration of the river basin and the river dredging,analyzing the influence and verifying the rationality of ecological restoration measures.This paper take marine ecological restoration theory as the core,constructing information management system of the coastal zone renovation and restoration project,proving the guiding and standardizing of the work procedures of coastal zone,functions which can manage project information efficiently and a standardizied and efficient platform for marine related staff.
