The research of this paper has established eleven sampling stations in Fujin national wetland park and farmland rainage canals around Collecting and identifying metazoan zooplankton samples,separately in spring(May)?summer(August)?autumn(October)2015 ecology evaluation The research combined Pearson analysis and diverse analysis to ecology water quality of Fujin national wetland park.A total of 3 types 21 genara and 50 species were identified,including protozoa 16 genara and 37 species accounting for 74%,rotifers 4 genara and 10 species accounting for 20%,cladocera 1 genara and 3 species accounting for 6%.The species number of metazoan zooplankton is 39 species?38 species?12 species in spring(May)?summer(August)?autumn(October),respectively accounting for 78%?76%?44%.On the spatial distribution,species richness was the most(50 species)at sampling stations 5# and 9#,and was the least(36 species)at sampling stations 3# and 11#.A total of 12 dominant species of metazoan zooplankton was found in Fujin national wetland park,mutual dominant species was Brachionus calyciflorus?Lecane luna?Monostyia Iunaris?Monostyia bulla?Bosmina coregoni?Mesocyclops levckarti and Nauplii,in spring(May)?summer(August)?autumn(October).The abundance and biomass of metazoan zooplankton has distribution difference in space and season.In terms of season,the crest value of abundance and biomass appeared in summer,and the average value performed summer >spring>autumn.In terms of space,the crest value of abundance and biomass appeared at sampling site 5# in summer,the lowest abundance appeared at sampling site 11# in autumn,the lowest biomass appeared at sampling site 7# in autumn.The analysis results of metazoan zooplankton's diversity index showed,three kind of has diversity index has distribution difference in space and season.In terms of time,the average value of Shannon-Wiener(H')performed summer>spring>autumn,the average value of Margalef(d)performed spring>summer >autumn,the average value of Pielou(J)performed autumn>summer>spring;In terms of space,the average year crest value of Shannon-Wiener(H')and Pielou(J)appeared at sampling site 9#,the lowest appeared at sampling site 7#,the average year crest value of Margalef(d)appeared at sampling site 5#,the lowest appeared at sampling site 1#.The analysis of correlations between metazoan zooplankton's abundance,biomass and Shannon-Wiener(H')and the environmental factors showed,abundance of metazoan zooplankton had significant positive correlation(P<0.05)with the temperature and transparency of the wetland.Biomass of metazoan zooplankton had significant positive correlation(P<0.05)with the temperature and transparency of the wetland.It had significant negative correlation(P<0.05)with the concentration of dissolved oxygen(DO)in the water.Shannon-Wiener(H')had no significant correlation with the physicochemical factors of the water in the wetland.Abundance and Shannon-Wiener(H')of metazoan zooplankton had no significant correlation with the nutrient concentration,but the biomass had significant negative correlation(P<0.05)with the concentration of Fe3+.According to the biological diversity index analysis,water quality in Fujin National Wetland Park was good after the restoration,it is light pollution or non pollution in most of the time.The biomass and abundance of the metazoan zooplankton in the water which purified by Fujin National Wetland Park were higher than those in the farmland drainage canals.
