Marine Resources And Environment Carrying Capacity In Tianjin Coastal Area

With the rapid population growth and economic development of the society,land resources shortage,ecological damage,environmental degradation and other issues are becoming more and more serious.People are increasing their efforts to develop the marine resources constantly,and the contradiction between economic development and the sustainable development of marine resources and environment is becoming increasingly fierce.If we can?t correctly understand this contradiction,and evaluate reasonably the carrying capacity of marine resources and environment,the pressure of economic development is bound to go beyond the marine capacity,eventually affect the sustainable development of human society.Marine resources and environment carrying capacity evaluation is an important means to judge the coordination between the economic activity of human society and regional marine resources and environment system,and the evaluation results can reflect the sustainable development of the study area.Therefore,understanding and grasping the carrying capacity plays an important role in the practice of marine resources and environment sustainable development.Based on the summary of the previous research,combined with the tentative ?The technology and method of monitoring and early warning of carrying capacity of resources and environment? and the marine resources and environment characteristics of Tianjin,the evaluation index system of marine resources and environment carrying capacity of Tianjin based on the basic evaluation and special evaluation is established in this paper.According to the results of multi collinearity analysis,the availability of data and the results of expert consultation,the index system was improved and optimized.This paper determined the evaluation indexes threshold based on the management policy,the national or local standards and norms,the regional background values,the relevant results,and data,mathematical statistics methods,and other indicators.Finally,it evaluated the marine resources and environment carrying capacity of Tianjin in 2011-2015 by using comprehensive evaluation method.The major results are as follows:(1)Including the "positive feedback" index of human management,the system of basic evaluation and special evaluation can be applied to the evaluation of the marine resources and environment carrying capacity in Tianjin.(2)It is not appropriate to be included in the evaluation index system,such as port resources,oil and gas resources,salt resources,etc.The marine space resources should be included in the index system and as a primary index.(3)The load state threshold of marine resources and environmental carrying capacity in Tianjin is 1.72~2,and the critical overload state threshold is 0.52~1.72,and the overload state threshold is 0~0.52.(4)The evaluation values were 0.92,1.04,0.86,0.76,1.02 of marine resources and environment carrying capacity from 2011 to 2015,and all in the critical state of overload.The decreasing first and then increasing trend of carrying capacity shows that Tianjin marine resources and environment conditions has begun to improve.(5)Further analysis shows that marine space resources carrying capacity in Tianjin coastal area is low,and all in the state of overload.The carrying capacity of marine fishery resources is decreasing,which is already in the state of overload.The index of marine ecological environment carrying capacity has been increasing steadily.In recent years,and the marine ecological environment in Tianjin coastal area has been improved.Tianjin coastal reclamation strength is intense,and the reclamation of the marine development zone is in a state of saturation.The density of fishery resources in the marine restricted development zone has been improved but still not stable.Development and protection of the regulatory index increased in the state of load.(6)Based on the analysis of the short board factors,it is found that the factors affecting the environmental carrying capacity of the marine resources in Tianjin coastal area are insufficient carrying capacity of marine space resources and marine fishery resources.According to the two short board,the method for improving marine resources and environmental carrying capacity in Tianjin coastal areas should focus on controlling land reclamation,slowing fishing pressure ulteriorly and reducing pollutant emissions.
