Gamma-ray bursts(GRBs) are voliently astrophysical explosions with very short time duration, large brightness and extremely high energy.Studies in the past decades showed several energy relationships exist in prompt emission phase, for example,Eiso-Epi(Amati relation),Eγ-Epi(Ghirlanda relation)and Liso-Epi(Yonetoku relation). However, these relationships are built according the observations of long GRBs only.We shall combine the data of Swift/BAT and Fermi/GBM testify whether the above energy relations also hold for short GRBs and explore their physical origins, then try to reclassify GRBs with these different energy relationships. The largest Five hundred meter Aperture Spherical Telescope(FAST)had been constructed in Guizhou,it has the best detection sensitivity for GRB afterglows among the radio telescopes in the world. Therefore,we study the dynamical model of GRB radio afterglows under consideration of different double-jet structures.Additionally, some GRBs are associated with Supernovae. Most previous studies focus on the optical observations and data analysis. Here we comprise a sample of radio supernavae with potential association with GRBs,which is expected to provide observational evidences for the following multiple-wave investigations. The thesis will end with summarizations and outlooks, and also points out the current deficiencies and future work.
