Study On Field Investigation And Verification Technology For Normalized Geographical Conditions Monitoring

In order to meet the needs of the transformation and development of mapping geographic information business and comply with the overall deployment of the State Council on the monitoring of geographical conditions,from 2016 onwards,access to geographic information into the normalization monitoring stage,on the basis of geographical census,the geographical conditions of the country to conduct operational monitoring.We will construct and create an excellent platform for the dynamic monitoring and information analysis of geographical conditions,and establish a normalized national conditions monitoring mechanism to provide professional and efficient geographic and national conditions information services.At the plenary session of the leading group for the national geographical survey,Zhang Gaoli emphasized the importance of earnestly conducting the work of monitoring the normal conditions of the country and the conditions and further expanding the application and promotion of the results.The basic geographic condition monitoring is normalized monitoring and full coverage monitoring that fully considers various social needs.Its content system is the same as that of the first national census of national conditions and provides the government management decision-making,enterprise production and operation,and the people's life Youzheng,Societe Generale,Huimin data basis and decision-making basis.This paper studies the objectives and principles,contents and requirements,technical methods,work flow and other aspects of the investigation and verification of geographical condition monitoring in the field of industry;the content and collection of the drawing and verification of the field collection and acquisition for surface coverage,national conditions and thematic geography as well as the interpretation of the sample production were discussed;and Beijing's geographical condition monitoring as an example,carried out the following work:(1)Analyzed the research background of the normalized monitoring of the national conditions,summarized the status quo of the normalization of the national conditions at home and abroad,the purpose and significance of the research.(2)The objectives and principles,contents and requirements,technical methods and work flow of the investigation and verification of geographic conditions of Beijing are discussed.Collection and Arrangement of Interpretation Samples of Remote Sensing Images Strict implementation of the "Technical Specifications for Interpretation of Remote Sensing Images in Beijing's Geographic National Conditions(2017)" has been strictly carried out.(3)Based on "GQJC 03-2017 Contents and Indicators of Basic Geographical Condition Monitoring" and "Contents and Indicators of Beijing Normalization of Geographic Conditions(2017)",Beijing was taken as an example to analyze the normalized monitoring scope of geographic conditions;The contents of the monitoring indicators of the national conditions and integration into the local characteristics of Beijing;the summary of the contents and indicators to create a simplified card,to facilitate foreign workers to carry out field investigations and verification work.(4)Analyze,summarize and summarize the problems that are easy to appear in the quality of achievements,study the corrective measures and prevent similar problems from being brought into the follow-up production,so as to lay a solid foundation and work for the better completion of the normalized monitoring of geographical conditions.
