Development Of Portable Sampling Equipment For Complex Strata

As an important exploration technology,shallow sampling technology is widely used in the field of earth science.Shallow sampling equipment is used as a means of shallow sampling,and its innovation has a significant driving effect on the development of shallow sampling technology.In recent years,with the increase of environmental sampling and the need of engineering investigation,higher requirements have been put forward for shallow sampling equipment,the most important of which is the portable equipment and high quality of sampling.Therefore,according to this requirement,it is proposed to design a set of "portable sampling equipment for Complex Strata".This paper investigates and analyzes the current research status of shallow sampling equipment at home and abroad,and finds that there are many gaps in the development of shallow sampling equipment at present and the advanced level in foreign countries.The research aim of this equipment is to solve the problem that the sampling equipment in our country has a large disturbance of the original soil caused by the rotary vibration and the quality of the soil sample is not high because of the drilling technology.Therefore,the equipment determines the adoption of static pressure feeding sampling mode,and the sampling disturbance is small and the quality is high.In this regard,the design of the light sampling equipment and the main components are put forward.The three-dimensional modeling and complete set of design drawings of the portable sampling equipment are completed by using the SolidWorks drawing software,and the prototype is processed,and the prototype is installed,debugged and the principle test is carried out.It is found through research that the portable sampling equipment designed for complex strata has the following characteristics:1,the overall structure of the equipment is compact,easy to assemble and disassemble,the weight of single parts is suitable,and the transportation is convenient.2.The clamping force of eccentric wheel chuck is reliable,which can be clamped in two directions.The method is simple and convenient,and the speed of commutation is fast.3.Adopt static pressure feeding to realize equipment drilling technology.Static pressure feed into the soil sample has small disturbance and high quality.4.The equipment is rich in functions and can be used for shallow sampling and static cone penetration.
