Under the severe marine environment,service life of marine steel-concrete structure would be shortened by the ingress of chloride ion,which have caused immeasurable loss to the country.Therefore,it is very important to seek a method to effectively restrain the corrosion of steel bar.The researches have shown that the steel corrosion inhibitor is one of the most effective measures to restrain the corrosion of steel bar,and the migrating corrosion inhibitor is favored by experts and scholars all over the world for its environmental protection,simple construction and high efficiency.However,there are some problems such as unfriendly environment,weak migration ability and poor persistence of rust resistance at home and abroad.In order to solve the problems above,this paper has developed a new type of migrating corrosion inhibitor,and has studied the anti-rust performance of the corrosion inhibitor in concrete simulated pore solution and mortar.It is not only significant to provide theoretical guidance for the follow-up development of more efficient,environmentally friendly migration of anti-rust agent.In this paper,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)was used to characterize the functional groups and chemical bonds of the new migrating corrosion inhibitor,and the mechanism of the action was also analyzed.Then,electrochemical tests and weightlessness experiments were carried out in concrete simulated pore solution.The resistivity and linear polarization test were used to test the corrosion resistance of the new corrosion inhibitor in different carbonization degree and chloride ion content simulation.The migration of two kinds of migration type corrosion inhibitors in concrete was tested by ultraviolet spectrophotometer.The corrosion test of the mortar block was carried out.The effect of the corrosion inhibitor on the mortar was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by combining the half-cell potential test and XRD hydration product.Through the above experimental study,we can draw the following conclusions:(1)The kind of corrosion inhibitor mainly contains alcohol amine and quaternary ammonium salt groups,and the steel matrix has a good adsorption effect,which can form a tight protective film on the surface of steel,so that the steel in the carbonization environment is still good.It also can effectively improve the critical chloride ion concentration of steel bars.(2)It can be seen that the new type of migration corrosion inhibitor has stronger migrating ability and is more evenly dispersed in the concrete compared with a typical commercial migrating corrosion inhibitor.The loss of substance due to volatilization is less and less wasteful.(3)It can be found that the corrosion inhibitor can effectively inhibit the corrosion of the steel bars in the mortar by the reaction of the new type of anti-rust agent to the steel bar.The corrosion inhibitor reacts with the cement hydration product to produce the gel material,which can optimize the concrete pore structure,reduce the porosity of concrete structure,improve the impermeability of concrete,effectively prevent the intrusion of external harmful ions.
