The Paper is based on the project that "Inner Mongolia region banner sauron mountain honk WuSu,HaoRen shout,ha,all frames that bout,sauron,sand,less WuZhuEr bout 1:50000 regional geology and mineral resources survey" of the project as the backing,in the full analysis of the WorldView-2 data and ETM data of remote sensing image spectral and spatial characteristics,on the basis of the advantages of application of a series of lithologic information enhancement method,this method solved by foreign body with spectrum and the same thing,the surface shallow cover rock caused by image characteristics of complex and rich color contrast is weaker,the detail information is not enough and a series of problems,so as to reduce the difficulty of lithology identification,make lithologic boundary to get more accurate outline,lithological types get segmentation,lithology interpretation precision is improved.In addition,combining with the geological achievements of the field exploration and predecessors,the interpretation marks of the research area were established,and the remote sensing geological interpretation and analysis were carried out in the research area,and the following progress was made:(1)In this paper,we selected the waveband combination(OIF),ratio operation,HIS transformation,principal component analysis and image fusion method to enhance the information of WorldView-2 remote sensing image.These methods have enhanced the tonal differences between different lithologies to varying degrees,which is conducive to accurate delineation of lithologic boundaries,and to identify more lithologic types,thus improving the accuracy of lithological interpretation.(2)texture information also plays an important role in lithology identification,especially for WorldView-2 data,which has a high spatial resolution and can highlight the details of ground objects.Through high pass filtering and principal component transformation,the paper has enhanced the lithological texture information of the WorldView-2 remote sensing image.The detailed characteristics of lithology are highlighted to achieve better interpretation effect.(3)the lithology information enhancement plays an important role in lithologic interpretation,however,these methods are easy because the change in the study area and influence on the enhancement transformation result,therefore,the future work should focus on strengthening the research.After the field verification,the geological boundary and the actual geological boundary are in good agreement,which is of guiding significance to the 1:50,000 mineral geological survey in this area.
