Guided by the theories of geochemistry,coal geology,petrology and mineralogy,using the experimental instruments,such as X-Ray fluorescence spectrometry,ICP-MS,polarizing microscope,X-ray diffeaction analysis,SEM,SPSS,and Corel DRAW,and analysis software,this paper takes preliminary discussion and research on the characteristics of the No.6 coal from Nanyangpo Mine.The No.6 coal in Nanyangpo Mine is dominated by semi-bright briquette-based,folder bright and semi-dark coal strip.The structure takes the thin strip to the middle strip as the main;The microstructures of the No.6 coal were dominated by vitrinite(70.95%),the inertia group(21.24%).However,the chitin group(7.35%)were less.The coal forming environment of the No.6 coal is a wet reduction environment.Coal type is the wet forest swamp phase.The minerals mainly contained in the coal seam of the No.6 coal in Nanyangpo Mine are kaolinite,calcite,dolomite,pyrite.Clay minerals are mainly sedimentary genesis.The main causes of carbonate minerals are hydrothermal genesis,which are affected by magmatic intrusion.Sulfide minerals are mainly pyrite,which forms at various stages of diagenesis.Quartzite and sphalite are the secondary minerals for hydrothermal.Li in the coal samples and gangue samples is shown to be significantly enriched as well as Pb.The No.6 coal in Nanyangpo is L-type.The range of ?Eu is 0.89-1.83 and its mean value is 1.08,which is slightly positive anomaly.The range of ?Ce in coal is1.05-1.75,and its mean value is 1.43,which is positive anomaly.The correlation coefficient of Li,Cs and clay minerals in the No.6 coal in Nanyangpo Mine is more than 0.8,which is highly correlated with the correlation coefficient of Li,Cs and ash is greater than 0.8.It is proved that Li and Cs are highly correlated with ash content.There are highly correlated elements between trace elements:Li and Cs(0.91),Bi(0.91),Cd(0.81);Sc and Co(1.00),V and Cr(0.86),Mo(0.88),Cd(0.89),In(0.88),Bi(0.94);Cr and In(0.89);Cd and In(0.89),Bi(0.92);In and Bi(0.86);Tl and Pb(0.84).The relationships between these elements are all positively related.The correlation coefficients of Li and vitrinite,inertinite,exinite were 0.04,0.49,-0.43,respectively.Their absolute value are all less than 0.5,Li with ash and clay minerals are 0.93,0.94.It is proved that Li has a strong affinity with inorganic substances,mainly in inorganic minerals,and clay minerals are the main carriers of Li.
