Subsea connector test bench is a national science and technology major projects "deep ocean engineering major equipment and related technology" the corpus of the deepwater subsea production equipment manufacturing,testing equipment and technology research,"one of the research contents.The main research content is developed to simulate underwater connector actual carry out load test bench,in the deep sea oil equipment technology in our country.Based on the actual situation of the foreign underwater connector under external load,bearing capacity,structure characteristic,as well as abroad external load test bench test method and the working principle of the research and design a new test method and working principle of the test rig can do four different types of connector load test,at the same time can also be suitable for different size of the connector,and vertical and horizontal connector,test bench can adjust load load according to the test requirement.According to the requirements of the underwater connector test rig performance and working principle of test bench for the overall scheme design,including mechanical system,hydraulic system and control system.Test bench as heavy load testing device,the loading performance is very important,the hydraulic cylinder as loading part,is the most important part of the test bench,can guarantee the stability of hydraulic cylinder loads is very important.Affect the stability of hydraulic cylinder,there are two main factors:The first is the test of mechanical deformation.Tension and compression test,four four rod hydraulic cylinder is equal to the single degree of freedom parallel mechanism,the loading structure deformation will lead to the hydraulic cylinder piston rod,piston rod under eccentric load,hydraulic cylinder bearing capacity decreases,and the structural deformation can lead to hydraulic cylinder hinged earrings ball ball joint rotation,through the analysis of the structural deformation of test rig,the calculation of hydraulic cylinder piston rod maximum slope Angle and maximum Angle of globe hinge,verify the strength of the piston rod in the biggest under eccentric loading,as well as the maximum Angle of globe hinge whether meet the requirements.The second is the hydraulic cylinder loading,can keep more than the hydraulic cylinder piston rod movement displacement and force is equal.On the test rig of hydraulic control system design,by proportional speed control valve regulating rod movement speed,real-time detection of displacement of the piston rod with displacement sensor,the data feedback control system,control valve and displacement sensor by forming a closed-loop feedback control system,ensure more than hydraulic cylinder movement synchronization.Force of the piston rod through the force sensor measurements,when required by the forces of the piston rod to set and control system through force sensor feedback signal to control the reversing valve is opened and closed.According to the principle of the hydraulic system diagram and the control system block diagram,using AMEsim software to test rig,hydraulic control system was modeled and the process of the hydraulic cylinder piston rod movement loading process has carried on the simulation analysis,through the simulation analysis of hydraulic control system can guarantee the hydraulic piston rod movement synchronization and forces are equal,to verify the loading performance test-bed.
