Based on the study of automatic monitoring and early warning analysis technique of water and rainfall information,combined with geology,climatology,hydrology statistics,geographic information science and other disciplines,with the Internet of things technology and GIS technology,we develop a real-time monitoring to collect all the rainfall stations and water stations data information.Through analyzing the data,the analyzed data and analysis results are displayed on the map.Can be a variety of relevant information for quick query,retrieval,statistics,timely updates,spatial analysis.On the other hand,the analysis of the critical rainfall can be carried out to determine the warning mechanism,to realize the management and early warning information dissemination of the warning level,and to assist in the analysis of the human information in the affected areas.It can provide real-time visual water and rainfall information for flood prevention staff,providing intelligent early warning analysis means of support for the managers and decision makers to provide early warning information for ordinary people.It can obtain evacuation time for the masses and reduce the losses caused by floods.This paper mainly includes data acquisition,rainfall monitoring,hydrological monitoring,critical rainfall analysis,early warning analysis,buffer analysis,shortest path analysis etc..Through the rain water level sensor in the field,the data is transmitted to the central end by wireless network to collect data and display.Collect and calculate the amount of rainfall in different regions,and check the data of site real-time monitoring,rainfall process,rainfall extreme value,rainfall original record and so on.The monitoring station and report the generating curve of rainfall,flood control department for trend analysis of rainfall.Based on the historical data collected,the critical rainfall is analyzed.When the rainfall station exceeds the warning threshold,the warning information is issued to the relevant personnel according to the warning level.Finally,through the spatial buffer analysis and the shortest path analysis function,the scope of disaster,the human economy and the rescue route are analyzed,and the decision-making service is provided for the managers.
