In the process of long-term common metabolic growth and evolution,it is very likely that there will be special natural drug molecules with biological activity. Therefore, collecting samples under special circumstances and exploring the microbial secondary metabolites are of special significance for the search of drug source molecules with good biological activity. This dissertation includes three secondary metabolites of soil actinomycetes, mainly from the microbial strain finding and screening, secondary metabolites isolation, structure elucidation and preliminary bioactivity assessment, etc.A total of 20 compounds were identified from the fermentation broth by a combination of chromatographies over silica gel and ODS reverse column, gel filtration over Sephadex LH-20,and semipreparative HPLC.The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses(HR-ESI-MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,HMQC,1H-1H COSY,HMBC).Furthermore, these isolated compounds were assayed in vitro for antibacterial activities. The srain NA1614 was isolated from soil samples from Florida.Through liquid fermentation, and 13 compounds were isolated and identified 11 of them(1-11),all are new compounds. The antibacterial activity of the compound was tested, but the activity was not found. The srain NA6201 was isolated from soil samples from Nanjing China.Through liquid fermentation, and 7 compounds were isolated and identified 5 of them(12-16),only compound 12 was new, compounds 14-16 was Tunicamycin class known compounds, had good antibacterial activity. Also,a strain of actinomycete NA1586 was obtained from the soil samples in Nanjing, and 4(17-20)known tetracycline compounds were isolated in the liquid fermentation products, which had good antimicrobial and anticancer activity.
