The controllable bend joint is a key tool for the steering function of the rotary steerable drilling system.This paper studies the statics and dynamics of the lower drill assembly of the controlled bend joint.According to the structural characteristics of the lower drill assembly,the controllable bend joint tool is placed in the lower drill assembly,and 4 sets of controllable bend joint drill tool assemblies with different structural parameters are designed;the 3D model is established by using SolidWorks software,and the finite element is used.The software calculates its static and dynamic characteristics.Based on ANSYS,a finite element model of a controllable bent joint drilling tool assembly was established,and a finite element analysis of statics was used to obtain the relationship between drilling tool assembly structure parameters and the drilling pressure and maximum stress and deformation when the controllable bending joint tool realized the guidance function..By calculating the modal characteristics under different structural parameters and under different yaw angles of the guide shaft,the relationship between the structural parameters of the controllable bent joint drill assembly and the yawing angle of the guide shaft versus the natural frequency is obtained.Based on the modal analysis,the harmonic response analysis of the controllable bent joint drill assembly is performed,and the relationship between the drilling pressure of the controllable bend joint drill assembly and the deflection angle of the guide shaft and the frequency response is obtained.Through the transient dynamics analysis,the relationship between the displacement and time of the drilling tool assembly and the controlled bending joint and the curve of stress and time are obtained.
