With the sustained development of terahertz technology,terahertz timedomain spectroscopy technology has become a cutting-edge and effective detection technology.However,the traditional terahertz time-domain spectroscopy technology is a multi-pulse detection technology,which requires multiple probe pulses to interact with the terahertz waves.Therefore,a longer data acquisition time is required,and some ultra-fast and irreversible processes can not be measured with this method.In order to overcome the defects of traditional terahertz time-domain spectroscopy technology,the single-shot measurement technology of terahertz pulse arises at the historic moment.In this paper,a single-shot measurement system of terahertz pulse based on the method of tilted pulse front is designed.In order to realize the single-shot measurement of terahertz pulse well,terahertz wave radiated from the air plasma is studied firstly,which includes the influence of lens with different focal length,different laser energies and different angles of the BBO crystal on terahertz wave,with which the best state of radiated terahertz wave is guaranteed.Then,a probe pulse with tilted pulse front is modulated by terahertz electric field vis the blazed grating that is used to achieve the tilt of pulse front.Finally,a synchronization signal of the laser source is used as external trigger signal of the CCD camera,through which the terahertz wave can be obtained by a trigger pulse.This means verifies the advantage of time efficiency of single-shot measurement technology of terahertz pulse.
