Marine crane is one of the indispensable equipment of engineering work at sea,which is widely used in all kinds of oceaning engineering equimpent including floating crane,exploration vessel,pipe-laying ship and offshore oil drilling platform.It is mainly used for marine cargo lifting,underwater equipment installation and other operations.As the heave motion of the floating crane,lifting performance and job security are reduced.It may cause damage to the equipment and personnel casualties.In order to ensure the safety and improve the operation efficiency,the marine crane must have the function of compensation.At present,compensation devices used on marine crane are hydraulic cylinder compensation device and winch compensation device.The hydraulic cylinder compensation device has limited stroke and occupies large platform space,while the winch compensation device has unlimited stroke and occupies less platform space.Thus,this paper proposes a winch compensation scheme.It has been designed the transmission scheme of compensation winch.Comparing the advantage and disadvantage of different winch transmission schemes,roller types,and hydraulic transmission schemes,the transmission scheme that hydraulic motor drives planetary reducer and planetary reducer drives roller peripheral gear is proposed.This transmission scheme has large transmission ratio,compact structure and high transmission efficiency.The main structure parameters of the compensation winch is calculated.It includes wire diameter,length and diameter of the roller,and the diameter of the sheave.The surrounding big gear parameters,the choice of the planetary gear reducer and the system total transmission ratio was finally determined.Design a closed hydraulic system of compensation winch.Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of open circuit and closed circuit,the closed circuit which has no unthrottled and overflow losses is adopted.Comparaing the advantages and disadvantages of double piston accumulators and the high and low pressure accumulator,the dual piston accumulator which has a larger output torque is used as energy storage device.The closed hydaulic system which include ordinary mode hydraulic circuit,heave compensation mode hydraulic circuit,and compensation and hoisting mode hydraulic circuit.The working principle of the hydraulic circuit is analysed.Hydraulic system paraments of compensation winch is calculated.According to the compensation principle,the force of the active and passive hydraulic motor is simulated.The selection of hydraulic motors,hydraulic pumps,motors is also completed.
