In the course of near surface geological exploration,geological refraction and reflection are commonly used in the geological prospecting.Refraction and reflection method for a small difference in wave impedance of geological body interface works not very well;at the same time,if there is a low velocity layer under the ground,the refraction method cannot be used.Rayleigh wave prospecting is a new seismic exploration method whose energy is strong,dispersion phenomenon is common,and it occupies lots of the energy.It is easy to get due to its strong energy.At the same time,its speed is small,so it is good for signal acquisition.Further speaking,Rayleigh carries a large number of underground medium information,so the structure and properties of the strata can be obtained by the dispersion characteristics of surface waves.This paper is to study how to extract and use the Rayleigh wave's dispersion curve.Through the analysis of surface waves dispersion relation between phenomenon and the structure of the earth's surface,after using the scalar transfer matrix method to analysis the dispersion curve,determining the sensitive parameters,I use ?-p transform method to analyze of frequency dispersion.Finally,with the help of the basic genetic algorithm,we can get the near surface information for the application of static correction.We can know from this study,it is possible to get the dispersion curve on the basis of the seismic data,and obtain the important surface shear wave velocity distribution with the help of genetic algorithm.After that,there is no obstacles to make static correction.
