Hydrogen and oxygen isotopes are widely founded in water bodies which are called environmental isotopes and they are an important means of water body characterization. The Tibetan Plateau is the main body of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau which is a unique ecological area in the world and has developed almost all terrestrial ecosystems besides marine ecosystems, and occupying an important position in global climate change research.Based on the analysis of hydrogen and oxygen stable isotopic characteristics, compared with the global precipitation line and the analysis of the characteristics of the evaporation line, the relationship between the hydrogen and oxygen isotope reflected the relationship between climate change and water characteristics. The stable isotope of its water body has very important significance and scientific research value, which can provide the basic data for the future study of hydrogeology in the Tibetan Plateau. The hydrogen and oxygen isotopic characteristics of the main water bodies?rivers, lakes and swamps?in Tibet are compared, and the hydrogen and oxygen isotopic characteristics of different types of water are different. The conclusion is that the stability of?18O is better than that of?D.?Dand?18O are more enriched than those of the global precipitation line. The slope of the evaporation line?6.56?and the intercept?-40.92?are smaller than those of the global precipitation The slope of the line?8?and the intercept?10?.The relationship between?D and?18O is different from that of Rayleigh fractionation and the law of conservation of mass. The strength of evaporation is affected by the velocity andevaporationareaofsurfacerunoff.?N=22,R2=0.855?,andthe river:D=6.14?18O-45.48?n=22,R2=0.855?,and the flow rate of the three water bodies were obtained by regression fitting,?N=9,R2=0.723?,it can be seen that the slope of lakes and swamps are significantly smaller than the slope of global atmospheric precipitation line 8,the formula intercept Less than the intercept of the global atmospheric precipitation line. The fifth chapter mainly studied the deuterium excess parameter characteristics of the main water bodies in Tibet, which can be expressed by d.The d value can be expressed as the intercept value of the atmospheric precipitation slope of 8 in a certain area, which is the overall reflection of the degree of oxygen isotope exchange in the regional water stone.Through the hydrogen and oxygen isotopic composition of the water sample, the lake d value is-79‰-17‰,the average is-34‰;the river d value is-40‰-5‰,the average is-24.45‰;Wetland swamp d value of-34‰-7‰,the average value of-26.22‰.It is mainly because the area of Tibet occupies one eighth of the national land area, and the horizontal and vertical span is large. The results showed that there are some latitudinal effects, continental effects, elevation effects and seasonal effects of stable isotopes in precipitation and the?18O in the swamp water can be obtained according to the specific location, altitude and isotopic composition of the relevant sampling points. This chapter mainly studies whether?D and?18O are related to longitude, latitude and altitude. There is a significant level between the value and the latitude.
