According to the repairable systems, the swarm standby system and series-parallel system play the important role in reliability theory, which were widely applied in production and life. However, for the actual application system,on the one hand the switch may also fail as a component of the system,on the other it is necessary to give priority to a certain component for saving cost.Combining the above two points,it is particularly important to study the warm standby repairable system with the priority of switch.Based on the hypothesis of the switch with the priority, the thesis analyzes and discusses the warm standby system composed of three different units and four series-parallel units swarm standby repairable system, respectively.Model 1: A warm standby repairable system made up of three dissimilar units, the switch with priority(user right and repair right)and one repair equipment is analyzed. The units can fail during the storage process. The working time, standby time and repair time of the units follow exponential distribution with the different parameters.Steady-state availability, mean time to first failure and other reliability indexes are obtained by using Laplace transform method and MATLAB software. Finally,an example and the numerical simulation were provided to explain the results.Model 2: The reliability of a four dissimilar units system consisting of two units in parallel and then in series a unit,a swarm standby and a repair equipment is researched. The working time and repair time of the units are subject to exponential distribution. And the system is not necessarily invalid as the switch failing. Some reliability indexes which make use of Laplace transform method and MATLAB software are educed.
