In recent years, due to the rapid economic development resulting in increasinglyserious environmental pollution, including pollution of water resources has seriouslydisrupted the continuous economic development and people's livelihood.more and moreresearch for the water treatment, including heavy metal ions from wastewater, organicwastewater and dyeing wastewater. Metallurgy, chemical industry waste water is a greatharm emitters, namely sulfate ions from wastewater, In sulfate ions traditionalprocessing method, adsorption is one of the most mature and widely used processing thesulfate technologies because of its simplicity and low cost, The key technique is thepreparation and application of an efficient, safe and economic adsorbent agent. This paper In microwave-assisted heating was prepared crosslinked chitosanmicrospheres by use of inverse suspension, the chitosan modified by crosslinking thenbe modified to loaded Zirconium,It will be get modified chitosan-based adsorption ofsulfate ions in wastewater adsorbent. This paper explored the effects of preparationconditions on the sulfate ion adsorption properties and Used spectrum (FTIR), scanningelectron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and spectroscopy (EDS)and other methods of crosslinking the resin, the modified resin and loaded Zirconiumadsorption analysis. using resin adsorption isotherm model and dynamics model studyresin adsorption process.Drawing conclusions as follows:(1) The result of Orthogonal analysis: The various factors in the preparation ofcrosslinked chitosan process were:The amount of glutaraldehyde, formaldehyde dosage, reaction time of microwave radiation formaldehyde, glutaraldehyde reaction time ofmicrowave radiation. The various factors in the preparation of crosslinked chitosanloaded Zirconium were: pH, the contact time of Zr4+, reaction temperature of Zr4+, initial concentration of Zr4+. Under the most optimized sorbent preparation conditionson the SO42-adsorption capacity of up to maximum90mg/g.(2) characterized of each product: Before and after the crosslinking, the loadedZirconium and the adsorption, the resin changes in morphology and internal structureof the resin confirmed the success of the reaction for each step(3) Static adsorption of absorbents was respectively investigated by means ofoptimal preparation conditions for the preparation of zirconium load formaldehyde-glutaraldehyde cross-linked chitosan resin. The results shows: the formaldehyde-glutaraldehyde cross-linked chitosan loaded Zirconium has excellent adsorptionproperties and good renewable performance. Furthermore, the sorption equilibrium datafits well both to Langmuir models; sorption dynamics study reveals that adsorptionfollows pseudo-second-order and its adsorption process can be mainly ascribed to thechemical nature of adsorption...
