| This thesis is divided into two sections.The first section introduced C-H activation in the form of reviews,and then a very important cyclopropene reaction was described in detail.There was reported several types of metal catalysts in cyclopropene reaction,such as,Rh(Ⅱ)、Ag(Ⅰ)、Au(Ⅰ)、Cu(Ⅰ)、Co(Ⅱ)、Ir(Ⅱ).Finally,detailed description of the synthesis of substituted furan compounds,including one-pot and two-step methods was given.The second part is the core part of my thesis.My thesis work carried out mainly in two aspects.One is substituted furan compounds.The other one is sp3 C-H activation.We have developed a novel and efficient one-pot cascade addition-cycloisomerization for the regioselective synthesis substituted 4H-furo[3,2-c]chromene.In the area of sp3 C-H activation,we discovered a metal-free method to obtain the coupling products,which have 4-alkyl-2-cyclopentene-1-ol as core motif. |
