This subject emphatically aims at the research on the friction/torque and casing wear prediction technology of large displacement drilling operations.It is an important part of matching technology research in many aspects due to the problems such as long drilling cycles,duwnhole complex,and accidents during the conventional drilling development of large displacement well in Nanpu shallow sea.This paper discussed such issues as friction calculation model,drilling fluid viscous force model,drilling fluid viscous torque calculation, buckling model of tubulars,correction of hook load,buoyancy effect of drilling fluid, the effect and optimization arrangement of drag and torque reducing tools. We build corresponding computational model focusing on the problem above,and apply those models in a software.Corresponding reduce torque scheme is developed based on the friction and torque forecast results before drilling of well NP23-P2013 in Jidong oilfield.And then,model proves correcly by compared the actual drilling data acquisition, we predict casing of NP23-ping 2001 well by using valid wear prediction technique, further it calculated out ROP that meet internal pressure requirement of wear casing.Experimental results show that the project research can provide a reliable and effectively technique support for efficient development and site operation in the Nanpu oilfield,and which can provide applicable techniques for similar oilfield development to enhance the comprehensive benefits.
