As the rapid development of the society, the environmental pollution has become a more and more important problem in the world.Owing to the high toxicity and accumulating in human body, organophosphorus pesticides?OPs?,heavy metal ions and some other organic pollutant might pose a risk to human health. Therefore,to develop a rapid, inexpensive and reliable method for these pollutants is very desirable and necessary.Based on these understanding,in the present study,we developed several electrochemical methods for the detection of OPs?acephatemet?,heavy metal ions?lead cadmium ions and lead ions?and Perfluorocarboxylic acids?Perfluorooctanoic acid?.1.We successfully constructed a impedance sensor based on P-CD non-covalently GN through 3,4,9,10-perylene tetracarboxylic acid as a bridge.?-CD is toroidal in shape with a hydrophilic exterior and hydrophobic inner cavity, these characters can enable it to selective bind some organic and to form host-guest inclusion complexes. This sensor shows high selectivity and good sensitivity towards acephatemet.2.In this paper,we synthesized carbon@ layered double hydroxide by a facile injection-assisted approach coupled with a simple annealing procedure and developed an amperometric sensor to detect heavy metal ions. This sensor showed good precision and high sensitivity for the simultaneous analysis of Cd???and Pb???.3.We developed a facile one-step synthesis approach to synthesize an inorganic framework molecularly imprinted electrospun TiO2 nanofibers-based probes and explored its capacitive sensing for perfluorooctanoic acid.At the same time,a preliminary exploration for synthesis of nanomaterials was done by using electrospinning device. The senor, combining the advantages of electrospun TiO2 NPs?high surface areas, small size of the structure?with the molecularly imprinted compounds?high selectivity?,showed a outstanding performance for the detection of PFOA.
