The spectroscopic studies of molecular complexes with nitrous oxide,is an effective way to get the structure and characteristics of the molecular complexes. It contributes to the application of medical anesthesia, vehicle acceleration, keeping fruits and vegetables fresh and so on. It is also helpful for reducing the global greenhouse effect. To enrich the structure and characteristics of N2O-H2O complexes, we have observed the absorption spectroscopy of N2O-H2O complexes. The N2O-H2O complexes are obtained using the method of supersonic molecular beams. The absorption spectroscopy of N2O-H2O complexes in the V2 band of H2O is observe using the tunable lead salt semiconductor laser. We use the pgopher to analyze the absorption spectroscopy and 150 lines of the absorption spectroscopy are assigned. All the lines are of A type and B type transition, but there is no lines of C type. The band origin of the N2O-H2O complexes is 1595.29203(31)cm-1. Compared with the band origin of H2O in v2 band which is 1594.74498cm-1, the band origin of the N2O-H2O complexes is blue shifted with 0.5471cm-1. In this way we also get the rovibrational constants of the complexes.
