There is abundant degraded carbohydrate in the pulping waste liquor,extract and purify the degraded carbohydrate to eliminate pollution and obtain economic effectiveness and social benefit.At present,there is little research on the recovery and separation of degraded carbohydrate in the pulping waste liquor,this study aimes at the characteristics of reed ethanol pulping,trying to decolorize the reed ethanol pulping waste liquor distillation residue,consequently obtain the degraded carbohydrate mixture,then provides a theoretical basis for degraded carbohydrate recycling and utilization of reed ethanol pulping waste liquor.The main contents and results are as follows:Firstly,the study of reed ethanol pulping waste liquor distillation residue.Collecting reed ethanol pulping waste liquor distillation residue by distillation under reduced pressure and vacuum drying,the content of total degraded carbohydrate is up to 54.38% by ion chromatography detectiom,the content of xylose is 38.60%,that accounts for 70.98% of the total sugar content,there is also a small number of Glu,Gal and Ara.In addition,IR spectroscopy and TGA analysis draw the conclusion that distillation residue is mainly the mixture of lignin and degraded carbohydrate.Secondly,the study of decolering methods of reed ethanol pulping waste liquor distillation residue.Using decolorization rate and degraded carbohydrate retention rate as indexes,the analysis shows that the optimum decolorization rate test wavelength is 282 nm,there is 12% water-insoluble material been isolated when the distillation residue configured into solution,IR spectroscopy and ion chromatography analysis show that the insoluble substance is lignin.By comparing the effect of calcium oxide,resin,activated carbon adsorption and diatomite these four decolorization methods,the optimum method for decolorization is D285 macroporous strong base styrene-based anion exchange resin decolorization,and the adsorption of D285 resin to the pigments of distillation residue fully comply with Freundlich equation.Thirdly,the study of decolering process parameters optimization of reed ethanol pulping waste liquor distillation residue.Based on the condition and orthogonal experiments and the static decolorization process parameters,exploring D285 dynamic decolering process parameter for reed ethanol pulping waste liquor distillation residue,in order to provide experimental basis for recycling degraded carbohydrate of reed ethanol pulping waste liquor.The decolorization rate is 98.04% and the degraded carbohydrate retention rate is 85.58% under the optimum dynamic decolorization condition.Finally,the sample study of reed ethanol pulping waste liquor distillation residue after decolorization.Total sugar content reached 90.18% after the resin decolorization,the content of xylose is 69.79% of the total weight,total sugar content of distillation residue after decolorization increased by 65.83% compared with before decolorization,and xylose content increased by 80.80%.Monosaccharide content of the sample of reed ethanol pulping waste liquor distillation residue after decolorization is 7.94%,the total content of xylobiose to xylohexaose is 27.83%,xylose polysaccharide is the content of 34.02%,in addition the content of xylooligosacchatide is 39.88% of total xylose,the content of xylose polysaccharide is 48.75% of total xylose.
