With the rapid growth of global economy, energy and environmental issues are becoming increasingly prominent. At present, Landfill is the main means to deal with the urban domestic refuse in our country. The biogas, which is generated by the refuse landfill, as fuel for power generation, not only provides the energy, but also greatly improved the city living environment. However, the influence of biogas generator emissions of NOX on human body and environment is becoming increasingly serious. This paper according to the advanced emission control technology and the application experience at home and abroad, combined with the enterprise biogas generator set NOX emission control project and the biogas generator NOX emission control methods, in order to make it meet the current national emission regulation for power plant.Based on the enterprise lateral project “No. eight unit of NOX emission control technological transformation”, adopting experimental research and simulation to systematic study and analysis of the influence factors of landfill biogas engine NOx reaction, characteristics, emission control strategy and so on. The main work and innovation are as follows:1 ? Firstly, this paper elaborates the research background and significance, introduces some relevant issues of the application of NOX emission reduction of SCR system, analyzes and researches the factors of NOX emission effects on landfill methane power generation unit.2 ? This research establish the porous media model, simulate the chemical reaction mechanism of SCR system, and analyze gas flow field distribution of the catalytic converter and the effects of various factors on SCR catalytic efficiency. The simulation results show that the temperature, space velocity(residence time), ammonia nitrogen ratio, oxygen concentration have a certain influe nce on the catalytic efficiency. Especially, the influence of temperature is the most obvious, the oxygen concentration is the weakest.3?Design the SCR system of landfill gas power generation units NOX emission control devices, Experimental study on the various influence factors on SCR system of De NOX. Compare the experimental results with the simulation results, then further optimize the emission control devices of biogas power generation unit.4?Conduct the biogas generator inlet jet atomization water and liquid CO2 experiment, study its effect on NOX concentration in the exhaust gas emission of biogas power generation unit. The experiments show that the two methods can reduce NOX generation to some extent, and the injection of liquid CO2 has a better effect than spray water.
