| API is the main raw material of medicine production. Due to the complexity of its production process, consequently, the requirement of equipment is increasing day by day. The methods of automatic product can eliminate the interference of environment in minimum, and avoid human error, which has become a manufacture trend of API production.The paper aiming at the production process of Dalian luyuan pharmaceutical co.LTD. FQA, proposed a set of control scheme based on field bus, choosing the CAN bus standard which have high performance and reliability, and apply the SHCAN2000 field bus control system based on CAN bus which was researched by dalian sanhe instrument research company.The paper introduces the SHCAN2000 field bus control system in detail, and analyzes the design of hardware and software part in the process of building system according to the requirements of API production process. The system adopts Lab VIEW as the PC monitoring system, completing the man-machine interface, data processing and other functions by utilizing its additional DSC module. The lower computer uses many SHCAN intelligent control components control field data through the configuration function. In order to improve the openness of the system, the paper uses the OPC technology as a communication bridge between superior machine and lower computer. Finally the paper introduces implementation method of each part in the control system, whose realization provides a more accurate and intuitive monitoring and management for the production and management of API.Since put into product, the API production control system is safe and reliable, and conforms to production standards, which validate the rationality of the system design.Moreover, the system successfully put into product enhances the level of the API automatic production and the quality of the product by a class, at the same time, improves the working conditions on site, so the system has a good application value and promote prospects. |
