Research On The ANP Evaluation Model Of The Recycling Processing For Retired Automobile Products

The rapid development of domestic automobile industry has brought the dramatic increase of the rate of domestic vehicle ownership in recent years. By the end of 2014, the automobile ownership has reached to 154 million units. Huge automobile owner ship indicates massive scraped vehicles in the coming years. The relevant problems caused by retired automobiles, such as the shortages of material resources and energy, environmental degradation and other issues, will seriously restrict the sustainable development of automobile industry. It is urgent to address this recycling processing problem.As the recycling mode of retired automobile products includes raw materials recycling, remanufacturing and scrap processing, it is of great significance to assess the recycling mode. The traditional evaluation methods do not take into account the interaction between elements at the same level in the evaluation model, and also do not address the feedback effects that the lower elements give rise to the upper elements. Aiming at above problem, this paper puts forward relevant ANP evaluation model of automobile products to evaluate the recycling processing scheme. The main contents are as below.On the basis of related theory research including the recycling process and Analytic Network Process, the evaluation index system which focuses on recycling processing of the retired automobile products was built, and each index was illustrated in detail. By using the established evaluation index system, the ANP evaluation model was built by fully considering the interaction relationship between indicators, including internal effects and the feedback effects that the lower elements give rise to the upper elements, the algorithm processes of evaluation model were analyzed in detail. Among them, the economic criteria weights calculation adopts the calculation method of unit cost benefit.Finally, the evaluation model was verified by taking the recycling process of certain recycling plant as an example, and sensitivity analysis was carried out. Relevant analysis shows that automobile recycling plant should vigorously develop raw material recycling and remanufacturing technology, improve the recycling utilization of retired automobile products, fully tap its economic value, try to avoid adopt the way of waste processing, to save resources, reduce the pollution to the environment.
