Hydroxyapatite[HAp,Ca10?PO4?6?OH?2]as the main inorganic composition of vertebrate teeth and skeleton.On one hand,HAp has a good command of biocompatibility and high osteogenesis,which can promote new bone to grow through bone conduction mechanism,instead of any other partial or systemic inflammatory response.On the other hand,HAp can be used as template to research biomineralization in humans.What's more,HAp nanoparticles can inhibit the growth of cancer cells,which is preferred materials in bio-medical field.We can enlarge its potential apply through controlling its shape,size and size distribution.We reported a biomimetic method and hydrothermal method for fabrication of HAp with different special shape using Ca?NO3?2·4H2O and?NH4?3PO4·3H2O as raw materials,cationic Gemini surfactant as template.We chosen different specific surface area and bore diameter HAp as carrier,vancomycin as model medicine.We studied its load performance and release ability through varying experiment conditions.The controlled growth of HAp was proved using some techniques,for example X-ray powder diffraction?XRD?,Fourier transform infrared spectroscope?FT-IR?,Scanning electron microscopy?SEM?,and Thermal gravimetric analysis?TG?.The experimental results showed that cationic Gemini surfactant was the most important parameters for the formation of spherical of HAp,the interaction between.the polar groups of the organic templates and PO43-might be an important influence that affected the nucleation and growth of HAp.We used ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometer?UV?to measure sample absorptivity and analyzed its load performance and release ability.The results showed that HAp had larger specific surface area,the concentration higher of VCM,the time was 24 h,the load temperature at 37 ?.Under the best load conditions,drug loading capacity was 78.95%,drug loading amount was 44.12 mg/g,drug loading efficiency was 58.83%,cumulative release ration was 84%.
