With the superconducting material, human can make it possible to obtain strong magnetic fields. Based on the exploration of the new materials, people found it that strong magnetic fields can be applied in the preparation of new materials and in the heat treatment of the material, in order to obtain high performance or special properties of the material. The concept of high entropy alloys made use of strong magnetic field preparation high entropy alloys and their properties studied more with broad application prospects.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Application and effect of electromagnetic field in the field of materials, the effect of different intensity of magnetic field on the material microstructure and mechanical properties of amorphous phase. This paper is based on FeCoNiCuAl high entropy alloy as the research object, keeping at 700°, holding time of 2 h, controlling the magnetic field intensity was 0 T,0.5 T,2 T,4 T and 6 T for heat treatment. XRD, metallographic and compression test of the obtained alloy, Effect of heat treatment and on mechanical properties of FeCoNiCuAl high entropy alloy phase structure of the different strength of magnetic field conditions.(2) Using the ABAQUS simulation software, single abrasive grinding simulation of FeCoNiCuAl high entropy alloy. Study single abrasive grain in the grinding process simulation of different impact abrasive negative front angle, different intensity of magnetic field heat treatment of FeCoNiCuAl high entropy alloy grinding on grinding force.(3) Using M7120A horizontal spindle and rectangular table surface grinder grinds the FeCoNiCuAl high entropy alloys after heat treatment in magnetic field intensity, respectively 0 T,0.5 T and 2 T and 4 T and 6 T. Then use Micromesure profiler scanning the 3D profile on specimen and comparison of different intensity magnetic field heat treatment on the grinding surface quality.Study found that:strong magnetic field can influence on the material phase organization, make the material of grain refining, improve the mechanical properties such as elasticity, plasticity, hardness the material. The influence of magnetic field strength on the grinding force is not large, applied magnetic field, the hardness of material increases, the grinding force will increase. However, the grinding force increases, not with magnetic field intensity. The magnetic field heat treatment can improve the processing properties of the material, more conducive to grinding, and a better surface quality can be obtained.
