Forging factory the product is generally used in the defense industry and aviation and other national key fields, so the quality of the finished product is the key, and the heating furnace in the steel industry's most important road equipment, is to give the forging heating, the heating purpose is to improve the plasticity of metal, reduce deformation resistance, convenient rolling, inside and outside temperature uniformity if the heating is not uniform, the metal inside and outside temperature difference, make its internal stress, stress can cause of forging defect or even scrapped, so heating furnace temperature control performance is good or bad for finished the necessary conditions, and improve the heating furnace temperature uniformity is whole requires a multifaceted factors, including the furnace body of refractory material, burner system transformation, as well as the PLC program within the PID regulation.In this paper, for the special steel forging heating furnace process uniformity were analyzed and improvement:(1) For the field of heating furnace for Forging Hardware and software are introduced and analyzed, the scene of the PLC hardware configuration, and the network topology, and program flow chart.(2) For the heating furnace furnace reformation. On the heating furnace of polycrystalline mullite refractory materials were introduced:the physical structure, chemical molecular structure, bold performance, and the difference between ordinary refractories. And the pasting polycrystalline mullite refractory material, the whole heating quantity is calculated and analyzed.(3) On furnace temperature uniformity was performed using the standard GB/T9452-2003 " for work zone of heat treatment furnace determination " to detect the temperature uniformity of the actual situation, introduces the furnace temperature uniformity of the 9 measuring point temperature uniformity test method, the main parameters, and through the test data analysis, after the transformation of the heating furnace temperature uniformity than the effect is greatly improved, and achieved good results.(4) Introduced the structure difference between sub high speed burner before reform and self preheating burner, the working principle of parameter and graph self preheating burner system. Gambit software is used to build the geometry model of the flow field inside the furnace body, will be established. The geometry model data were analyzed with Fluent software, optimizing the burner for angle, makes the distribution more uniform airflow inside furnace.(5) Analyzes the control principle of field using PID, and the PLC program inside the PID control module, the analysis on the actual situation, optimize the original PID control method, fuzzy control is applied to heating furnace PID control, through the actual test, achieve ideal effect.
