With the economic development and social progress, our country urbanization advancement speeds up unceasingly. All kinds of sudden accidents frequently occur. Setting evacuation plans is especially important when a lot of people gather at some place in case of any emergent situations or some sudden disasters in industrial areas. As the process of human evacuation poses a threat to the public safety, it would brought about the serious result if is not handled properly. So, in recent years, the study of evacuation has become one of the focuses of the safety study, and the industrial sector personnel escape sudden disasters is also a serious problem. Therefore, in-depth study on the evacuation is of great practical significance and practical value.Unlike other object, the behavior of crowd, especially evacuation crowd is associated with unexpected events and not realistic simulation. Unable to take advantage of the crowd made directly simulate evacuation plans, while there are a lot of factors of insecurity, once the experiment is likely to cause casualties out of control. Therefore, currently crowd simulation is mainly achieved by means of computer simulation.In this paper, the design of offshore platform raised "multi-hazard environments evacuation simulation platform", mainly to complete the following aspects of the work:Through research, there are three difficult aspects in the Crowd Simulation and improving industrial workplace safety:The authenticity of the collision between people、People’s behavior in external pressure and psychological factors and crowd escape panic during a disaster in the industrial field. Determining the shortcomings of existing methods;In the collision avoidance aspects conjunction relative velocity obstacle algorithm of GAMMA Laboratory University of North Carolina in the USA, for the objects with different priorities arising jitter problems proposed to improve the relative velocity obstacle algorithms. In obstructions narrow complex scenes, objects will appear congested even stuck phenomenon, it needs to navigate, this paper proposes a path planning navigation algorithms. Determine the optimal direction around obstacles. Combination of collision avoidance and path planning, the crowd in the narrow complex scenario has realized the real group crowd simulation.This paper established a variety of different types of disasters pressure source model:dynamic pressure source, random pressure source, multi-pressure sources, which are applied to simulate the behavior of the crowd. We propose a multi-source dynamic pressure crowd evacuation simulation and complete the system development;The simulation models developed in this paper apply to the design process of the offshore platform Through modeling the offshore platform, the staff escape simulation during some disasters in the working and living areas of offshore platform. It provides a strong theoretical basis at the design phase for the offshore platform, and can greatly reduce potential safety hazards.This research work has been applied to the design of of oshore platforms. Related research papers on various scenarios sudden disasters can be scientifically and effectively warning. Control of the accident has good theoretical guidance and engineering application value.
