In recent years,scientists have paid close attention to the unsaturated fatty acids due to the important physiological functions to the body.The studies have shown that there are high content of DHA in marine organisms Schizochytrium limacinum which is the important species to produce the industrialized DHA and oil containing DHA.Therefore,the study uses the Schizochytrium limacinum as materials to analyse effects of plant hormones on growth and DHA content of Schizochytrium limacinum and study the fatty acid extraction mothed in Schizochytrium limacinum.The study can supply scientific basis and theoretical support for industrial production of Schizochytrium limacinum.The paper obtained the following results:(1)Results showed that six kinds of plant hormones all can improve the two param eters of the fungus,but inhibited trend appeared in extortionate concentrations.The o ptimum conditions of the six kinds of plant hormones were as follows:BA,3mg/L;KT,10mg/L;GA,lmg/L;IBA,3mg/L;NAA,6mg/L;and IAA,3mg/L by co mprehensive comparison.When the additive amount of BA was 3mg/L,the biomass a nd DHA production were higher than that in control group by 28.2%and 30.0%respectively.(2)The results in fatty acid extraction technology showed the extraction efficiency in ultrasonication is higher than enzymatic breaking cell wall,and the chloroform-methanol can extract more oil than hexane in ultrasonication,and lysozyme can extract higher than helicase in enzymes broken extraction method.But the chloroform-methanol extraction should not be used in food production because of toxicity and other characteristics,so it is more appropriate for hexane extraction.There is a higher the efficiency of enzymatic broken for fermentation broth and lysozyme extraction efficient is higher than helicase.Obviously,the mothed of hexane broking cell wall and lysozyme extraction has the highest rate in the same dose under the same conditions.So the extraction efficiency with wet mothed(enzyme)is lower than the dry method(ultrasonication).But the wet mothed extraction can eliminate the drying step so which can save cost largely in the industrial production and improve production efficiency.So there is great significance.
