Abstract/Summary:
The study of gas extraction technology in highly gassy mine always is one of the hot topic problem that experts and scholars who work on mine gas control. A lot of explorations and researches aiming at gas extraction technology had be done, such as preliminary draining of gas in coal seam, mining protective seam, drilling borehole along the rock stratum and high position bores in working face, buried pipe in goaf, fracturing drilling on the ground, those had been used to extract the mine gas. However, the effect that used a single method to extract gas is limited, which can’t meet the demand of the mine.Aiming at the problem of great gas gushing amount in working face of Da Ping coal co., LTD, which impact the safety production, according to the geological conditions and mining method of the main mining coal seam 3, ascertain the gas extraction method and technical parameters synthetically. The paper researches gas extraction method of Da Ping coal mine through these methods, such as laboratory measurement, theoretical analysis and numerical modeling and so on. This paper measures gas basic parameters, gas gradient in no.3 coal mine, divides gas with in the coal seam and analyzes the main source of gas emission in mine; The gas extraction method is ensured, the extraction scheme has carried on the theoretical calculation and numerical modeling, the extraction effect of scheme is evaluated, the extraction scheme has carried on the piping system design and equipment selection, what’s more, the corresponding extraction safety technical measures are put forward on account of gas occurrence characteristics and mining conditions of no.3 coal seamThe gas extraction effect index is demonstrated through the study of gas extraction scheme and combined with the mine gas extraction standard, the rationality of mine gas extraction technology is demonstrated from the aspects of mine ventilation and gas extraction rate.
