| Because there is no protective layer in Shoushan No.1 Coal Mine. This paper cuts a bottom gas drainage rock roadway to draw the gas. So that the in the outburst coal layer tunneling could be much safer. Under the condition of the fixed vertical distance, we tried several programs to decide the horizontal distance between the bottom gas drainage roadway and the seam roadway. Such as 0m (median-median),5m (median-median),20m (median-median),30m (median-median). This paper evaluated the theoretical calculations, numerical simulations, the field observation outburst prevention effect and the gas drainage rate. At last the calculation is that when the horizontal distance is 0m or 5m, we can have the better effect. When the horizontal distance is 5m, the average concentration of gas drainage is 1.39 times of 20m’and 1.49 times of the 30m’and the average gas drainage amount of each drilling is 1.79 times of 20m’and 1.83 times of 30m’. When the horizontal distance is 5m, the drilling length is 189.08m. But when the distance is 20m and 30m, the drilling length is 261.88m and 347.15m. Compared with the 20m and 30m distance, the 5m distance could save 72.8m (38%) and 158.5 (83%). When the horizontal distance is 5m, the bottom gas drainage roadway could be well used after certain repair. Under the condition of today’s roadway support technology, the bottom gas drainage roadway and the protected coal roadway keep 5m (median-median) horizontal distance not only maintain good supporting conditions, but also ensure good gas outburst prevention effect. |
