Lignite wax has excellent physical and chemical properties, are widely used in many fields of electrical, construction, precision casting, rubber, cosmetics and so on. Our country resources of lignite wax are not abundant, full development and utilization of resources of lignite wax is important. This paper uses ethanol and cyclohexane solvent mixture as extraction agents, extracting lignite wax from the lignite. And. when the volume ratio of ethanol and cyclohexane is 4:6,yield reaches the maximum. When the moisture determined of lignite is below 20%through single factor experiment, the impact is small for montan wax extraction productive rateyiel. When the water is higher than 20%, lignite wax yield decline.Thought desiging four factors three levels orthogonal test based on extraction temperature?extraction time?raw coal particle size? solid-liquid ratio, the results show that the best test process conditions are 70 ? for the extraction temperature,180min for the extraction time,1:3.5 for the solid-liquid ratio,1?0.5 mm for the lignite particle size? Lignite wax production rate reaches 3.3%,and the wax content accounting for 80.1% of the raw coal. Through the test of infrared spectrum? Nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry of the product,it confirm that the product of the test is montan wax, composes with more aliphatic hydrocarbons and a small amount of alcohols and esters. It preliminarily discusses the mechanism that mixed solvent extract montan wax. Preliminary study the mechanism of mixed solvent extracts Montan wax, proof ethanol solvent cyclohexane solvent synergistic effect can occur, for enhancing the solubility of montan wax.
