At present, most of the area of Shengli Open Mine take excavator stripping and mining in production. It not only reduces the production efficiency, but also increased the equipment maintenance cost. In order to improve the economic benefit, hole-by-hole detonation technique was taken on the bench of this mine, and did some further research of it.In this paper, the numerical simulation of hole by hole detonation on the bench of Shengli Open Mine was taken, Through the stress distribution nephogram, we can know the hole by hole blasting effect principle, and by blasting simulation, the effect of hole-by-hole detonation technique was better than millisecond blasting in rows based on the analysis of rock stress on Y direction.By orthogonal experiment, optimized the hole-by-hole denotation order diagram of Shengli Open Mine, finally, obtained optimal blasting parameters in Shengli Open Mine And blasting effect, economic benefits and environmental protection effect was analyzed after the hole-by-hole detonation technique was used. Which provides a scientific basis for Shengli Open Mine practical blasting, also provides reference value for other open-pit mine with similar situations.
