With the increasing of thin coal seam mines resources in our country, the work safety reliability of the thin seam coal winning machine is particularly important, because of the bad work environment, in the working process of the thin seam coal cutter will produce violent vibration and noise, accompanying instantaneous wallop caused by local failure, long running lead to problems such as high temperature agglutination deformation, all of these phenomena will accelerate the fatigue damage of shearer, pose a threat to the safety of the operator. Therefore, the use of virtual prototype technology to simulate the real environment of coal winning machine working status, analysis and study the dynamic characteristics and structural strength can effectively solve the above problems or early forecast problems, avoid unnecessary loss.In this paper, a new type of thin seam coal winning machine as the research object, according to the theory of multi-body dynamics, vibration theory, and the theory of multi field coupling analysis as the foundation, using Pro/E, ADAMS and ANSYS software, MATLAB implements the shell on the new type of thin seam coal winning machine cutting part of collaborative simulation.Considering the stability of coal winning machine is working, for cutting the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of shell, shell intrinsic mode, the corresponding vibration mode and the key position of shell under sine load displacement response curve, compares and analyses the excitation frequency and the cutting part of shell vibration characteristics of coal winning machine cutting part research provide a theoretical basis.Considering that may arise in the working process of the coal winning machine lack, the intensity of the heat-structure coupling analysis for shell, first of all, by calculating the gear friction calorific, bearing friction stir calorific value, the gear oil fever, such as oil seal friction heat, thermal analysis of cutting part get shell temperature distribution in the cloud, on the basis of the heat-structure coupling analysis, get the casing stress and deformation of cloud, and not consider when comparing the results of the analysis of temperature field, the temperature field of the influence of the strength of shell structure. Fatigue life prediction, the shell will less than position structure optimization to improve fatigue life, increase the part of the transition radius shell stress concentration significantly, hot - structure coupling stress decreases, and the fatigue life improved significantly. Can satisfy the using demand of bad working conditions.In this paper, we study shell coal winning machine cutting part reliability, considering the dynamic characteristics of the shell and several coupling under the condition of shell structure stiffness and strength, make the analysis more accurate and reliable prediction. For coal winning machine cutting part, and the dynamic characteristics of the research field coupling analysis provides a new method.
