Mine most of the acidic wastewater, contain a variety of heavy metal ions, and the amount of water is big, long duration of pollution, in order to solve the acidity of acid mine drainage and heavy metal ions, this paper studies the can release the basicity and adsorption of heavy metal ions and acid bentonite composite particles adsorbent preparation technology conditions, the best selection of the best composite pellet alkalinity release mechanism, the adsorption of heavy metal ions, influence factors and adsorption kinetics, and compared with microbial method combined with AMD dynamic test and research, to develop a treatment of AMD effective environmental mineral materials, and explore a combination of adsorption and microbial synege, high efficiency, economy, environmental protechtion water treatment method.Through comparing experimental study on the basic material, steel slag is screened out the best alkaline materials, bentonite composite particle release the alkalinity is big, smalloss rate, adsorption capacity is big. Based on the ratio of bentonite and steel slag, the additive dosage, roasting conditions such as particle size, the additive dosage, roasting conditions such as particle size, roasting temperature and roasting time researh identified the bentonite-the best processs conditions for steel slag composite materials:steel slag ratio of bentonite to 5:5 and the additive agent the amount of 5% of the grain quality, roasting diameter 2 mm, roasting time 1.5 h. calcination temperature 500 ?. Best bentonite was determined by the static test research-steel slag composite adsorbent particles released basicity can adjust mechanism, the neutralization of acid mine drainage and adsorption removal of Fe2+, Mn2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, adsorption performance, mechanism, factors that affect the adsorption kinetics, the temperature is 25 ?, the oscillation intensity 100 r/min, dosing quantity 21 g/L,120 min adsorption time, pH is between 6 to 8 best reaction condition, Fe2+, Mn2+, Cu2+, Zn2+exist alone in the initial concentration is respectively: 150,100,170,100 mg/L, the removal rate can achieve 90% above, Fe2+, Mn2+, Cu2+, Zn2+ coexist, the competitive adsorption, Cu2+ by preferential adsorption, followed by Fe2+, Mn2+, Cu2+, Zn2+; The composite particles of simulated acid mine wastewater treatment research showed that the reaction time is 3 h, Fe2+, Mn2+, Cu2+, Zn2+ and Zn2+ removal rate reached more than 95%, of the pH value of the treated water of 8.Through small dynamic adsorption column adsorption of heavy metal ions in acidic mining waste water removal and acidity of regulating mechanism are studied, determining the hydraulic retention time, volume hydraulic load provides reference for the design and operation.By bentonite composite particles and microbial reduction of combination treatment of AMD dynamic experimental research show that the bentonite composite particles and biological membrane materials using layered packing way than hierarchical processing effect is good, reveals the bentonite adsorption of heavy metal ions to microorganisms reduction, reduction of SO42-, S2-fixed heavy metal ions, and can be further bentonite composite particles get regeneration, which can realize synchronous sulfur, heavy metal ions removal, reduce the acidity is a collaborative and efficient water treatment method is worthy of popularization and application.
