Research On Monitoring System Of The Shibaiwan First Oil Transportation Station

The function of first station of oil transportation pipeline is gathering and processing crude oil,providing energy for transmission,and ensures that the crude oil transported to the oil refinery safely and economically.Real time monitoring and controlling of crude oil processing and transportation process is implemented by the monitoring system of the first station,in order to realize data acquisition,operation analysis,safety warning,parameter adjustment,equipment control and other functions.For the first station with complex process and numerous production equipment,the monitoring system with reliable performance plays an vital role in the safe production of the oil transportation first station.The paper is researching the monitoring system for Shibaiwan oil transportation first station of Shanxi Yanchang petroleum.Through in-depth analysis the technology process of Shibaiwan first station and establish controling demand of the station and monitoring requirements of the system,and this paper designed a set of real time monitoring system of Shibaiwan first station which meets the production process.Firstly,through intelligent instruments collect the field data and output standard industrial signal 4~20m A.Secondly,the standard signal is transmitted to the control cabinet PLC by transmission medium,then the data is transmitted to the monitor computer,and then realizing real-time automatic monitoring of the production process,the report and the curve display and the function of security warning for the oil transportation first station.In the research and development of supervisory and control system,the hardware uses the Shaanxi Wode industry control computer to carry on the real-time monitoring,and PLC uses the Schneider product Unity Quantum to realize the data acquisition,monitoring,control and so on,and the industry control computer and Schneider PLC is connected by the MODBUS.The software adopts PLC operating system software,Unity Pro programming software and Vijeo Citect configuration software etc.At the same time,this article researches the adaptability of the system,thus establishes a set of solutions and monitoring system with an effective demonstration effect for oil transportation first station.The practical application shows that the system has good operation effect,and the developed monitoring system realizes the data acquisition of field equipment and process control of oil transportation process for Shibaiwan first station.Meanwhile,the system greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers,improves work efficiency,ensures safe production of crude oil gathering and transportation and intensifies the level of automation for the first station,which has good economic benefit and social benefit.
