In this paper,starting from the granulation of organic inorganic compound fertilizer,which is involved in the mushroom residue,the granulation conditions and mechanism of compound fertilizer with different solid binder were studied;When in the trial production of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer which involve humic acid,urea and ammonium chloride cocrystal can be unexpected found,we have characterized and analysis the cocrystal;Based on the granulation of compound fertilizer,two types of wheat leaf fertilizer preparation and spray wheat field study.Firstly,Granulation of mushroom residue organic and inorganic compound fertilizer under different solid binder,study the characteristics of grain size and hardness,and discuss the production process conditions and mechanism of organic inorganic compound fertilizer.It is found that the compound fertilizer is made into a particle with 65-7-3-3 formula,granulation speed faster.When the binder is attapulgite and dehydration desulfurization gypsum,the hardness,particle size and viscosity of the particles are moderate,the effect is better.Secondly,a new and simple urea-ammonium chloride cocrystal synthesis method on industrial scale was found during attempts toproduce a kind of granulated compound fertilizer.The aggregation of fertilizer powder can make the interaction among particles from loose to close,which generate mechanical pressure and in turn act as the driving force to benefit cocrystal growth.Additionally,the honeycomb-like channels constructed by other coexisting compound make the water evaporates more moderate,which can help the formation of supersaturated solution at suitable rate,further promote the growth of cocrystal.This approach possibly opens a new route toward the developing methodologies for cocrystal synthesis.Finally,the preparation of two different foliar fertilizer application on wheat were studied.During wheat growing period the spraying three times foliar fertilizer,on the plant height,stem diameter,leaf number,the average number of grains per spike and yield were compared and discussed with water group,to provide reference basis for fertilization of wheat.In short,starting from the compound fertilizer granulation,research on the granulation mechanism of mushroom residue compound fertilizer,characterization and analysis of urea ammonium chloride crystals,discuss the application effect of different foliar fertilizer on wheat,not only the rational use of mushroom residue waste,but also to provide reference for crop fertilization.
