7-aminocephalosporanic acid(7-ACA)is the critical mid-body for cephalosporin production and it has relatively strong carcinogenicity and sensitization.The drain diffusion of 7-ACA drug powder may easily result in a serious effect on the health and safety of the workers and the surrounding environment.Combining the current powder control situation in one 7-ACA production department workplace of a pharmaceutical enterprise,this article conducts an optimization research on the filtering quality of filter materials that are suitable for 7-ACA powder recycling and improves the comprehensive scheme of ventilation and dust removal,so as to achieve multiple targets of high efficient recycling of 7-ACA powder,environmental protection and safety.Comparative analysis was conducted on common used filter materials in bag-type dust collecting.Six materials suitable for pharmaceutical dust recycling were selected out,including polyester needled felt,polyester anti-static needled felt,PPS needled felt,PTFE lamination needled felt,208 polyester flannelette.Talcum powder of 325 meshes which is similar to the distribution feature of 7-ACA powder size was selected as the test material.The bag-type dust collecting testing device was designed and remolded for experiment.Parameters,like the filtering speed,the pressure loss of various filter materials and the inlet and outlet concentration of dust remover,were measured and the dust collection effect of various filter materials was analyzed.The experimental results indicated that the filtering efficiency of PTFE lamination needled felt is high and its resistance loss was relatively low.The PTFE lamination needled felt with smooth surface coating is the ideal filter material for recycling 7-ACA dust,which is easy for collecting dust.The influence of filtering velocity,filter material air permeability,depth and other factors on the filtering effect was analyzed and multiple regression analysis models were established to comparatively verify the imitative effect of polyester anti-static needled felt,PPS needled felt and PTFE lamination needled felt.When filtering velocity of PTFE lamination needled felt reaches 3.5~4.5m/min,the dust removing effect is good.It is suggested to clean the dust when the filtering pressure is at 110~120Pa.According to the ventilation and dust removal in a 7-ACA production workplace of a pharmaceutical enterprise,based on optimization of the ventilation and the airflow condition in the workshop,the study results of this subject was adopted to optimize thefilter materials of bag-type dust collector with general ventilation and the technical proposal of local mobile dust collecting was proposed.The practice indicates that 7-ACA dust concentration in the workshop reaches the discharge requirements.
