During the hydraulic fracturing operation,fracturing fluid flows into formation through the perforations.Then the perforation is the only tunnel connected wellbore and oil-gas reservoirs.When the fracturing fluid flowing in the tunnel,the energy loss of fluid and proppant's sedimentation will affect the fracturing efficiency directly.The energy of prepared fluid and the content of proppant in formation are the evaluation criteria of the fracturing effect.The smaller the fracturing fluid energy loss in the tunnel,the less proppant particles sedimentation in tunnel,beneficial to the fracturing effect.So it has great significance for fracturing construction,that the study of the fluid flow in the perforation tunnel and proppant sediment regularity.In this paper,author researched plenty of literature,and did a large number of Fluent numerical simulation and physical experiment:(1)Researched literature on perforation completion technology,and theory model of carrying fluid flow in the tunnel.When the fracturing fluid flow through tunnel,the most direct impaction is the pressure drop loss,and the loss is not negligible.In the perforation,the pressure loss of fracturing fluid is influenced by several factors,including the fluid form,the average velocity of fluid,perforation parameters,etc.So there are three parts of analysis,force analysis of fluid flow in the tunnel,the fluid form and the velocity of fluid.Gravity is the direct cause of proppant settlement in the tunnel,the different types of fracturing fluid or proppant particles property is different,lead to the differences of its settlement rule.(2)Author set up different perforation parameters of 3D channel model by Gambit.With the help of Fluent,author simulated fluid flew in the perforation tunnel.Firstly,author simulated of single-phase flow in tunnel flow,analysis of the difference in the form of flow.Secondly,using Euler model set up fracturing fluid flowing model.Then change the physical properties of the fracturing fluid-fracturing fluid viscosity and velocity,the physical properties of the proppant-the proppant density and particle diameter.Finally,conclude rule of fracturing fluid flow and proppant settlement.(3)Author according to field fracturing construction system,designed an experiment simulation system of fracturing fluid flowing in the perforation tunnel.On the basis of Fluent simulation,author changed the physical parameters of fracturing fluid and proppant physicalparameters.After physical experiment,research the flow form of fracturing fluid and the difference changes about sand bed which formed when proppant settlement.Finally,author compared the results of numerical simulation and physical experiment,concluded the law of the fracturing fluid flow in the perforation tunnel.
