Mold is very important equipment of steel-making techniques in modern iron and steel enterprise, and an oscillation device is needed in order to ensure that continuous casting production runs successfully. Computer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo mold oscillation system can facilitate the emergence of various rules, the process of achieving control supervision. The continuous casting process automation is achieved, according to casting speed real-time changes vibration parameters which is also the development direction of mold oscillation. However, the inherent characteristics of electro-hydraulic servo system to brought many unexpected effects in the production and operation. Such as electro-hydraulic servo valve failure frequently, hydraulic system failure more difficult identification and treatment. Hydraulic servo vibration system failure will lead to the production line shutdown.This article aims to study the driven mold oscillation hydraulic servo control system. First, according to SGQG steel slab caster 1# parameters related equipment, hydraulic control system of vibration control theory, mold oscillation derived a mathematical model of the hydraulic servo system, and design of hydraulic servo system mold oscillation PID control program; Second, using MATLAB/Simulink module simulation of the control system; At last, using simulation to determine the PID parameter values add to the PLC program in the field vibration test. After simulation and field vibration tests show that the use of PID control of mold oscillation performance of hydraulic servo system to meet site requirements.Research the slab continuous casting mold oscillation system of on-line monitoring techniques, monitoring system data acquisition solutions, monitoring instrumentations and sensors distribution map. Development of casting machine casting on-line monitoring system and ActiveFactory trend system for on-site analysis of the data collected, to meet the mold oscillation system needs of online monitoring. At the same time, using of online monitoring system, combined with the mold oscillation mechanism failure analysis of hydraulic servo system, to research the case of field failures. After a long-term use proven, mold oscillation on-line monitoring system for vibration equipment failure risks early investigation, find the cause of the malfunction played a positive role.
