This article focuses on solving issues of Yuecheng coal face gas emission volume, gob gas is difficult governance. It based Gob overburden damage movement mechanism, face emission rate forecast, the ground around the borehole gas flow simulation and field application effect analysis, conducted technology research on ground gas drainage drilling of goaf in Yuecheng mine. First, we analyzed the mined area overlying rock movement characteristics, obtained by mining rock movement of the fracture distribution, which lay the foundation for drilling the final hole horizon layout. Then, simulated the transport and distribution of gas flow around the drill ground pressure by numerical simulation software of Comsol, obtained the rate and pressure distribution of gas flow. Finally, we analyze the gas concentration on the corner and face, concluded that the use of ground drilling can effectively resolve problem of Yuecheng 1302 goaf coal gas concentration gauge. It was hoped to provide a good reference value similar ground drilling drainage goaf gas.
